Show Your Colors!
Georgia brought some American things in today, and I love the flag in a jar that Dee did up, with a battery taper in it. Soon it will be Memorial Day, then will be the 4th of July, time to show that red, white and blue to honor those that have passed so we can be free. Our military gives up so much for us.

Tool Chest!
Have you wondered where I've been? Its been crazy here, we gutted our living room, and had dry wallers redo the walls, then as soon as they finished, we decided instead of doing the Cameron show, we would make a mad dash to Ohio to see my "Mom" for Mothers Day. Then when we came back my son Chad and Meredith got married! So needless to say, its been a little busy. Hoping things settle down and I get back to my blog. SOLD!
We just got this tool chest in the shop, it was a funky color when we bought it, so I sanded it down and repainted it, I think it glowed in the dark before! This would make a wonderful coffee table, and you could hide all your magazines and "stuff" inside! It has the original hand forged handles. Its heavy, can't imagine it full of tools!

Happy Easter!
This past week has been a rough one for alot of people in this area. Hope this finds you in good health and those of you that lost your homes, I hope this finds you rebuilding, I can't even imagine what some have gone through. I hope you will be with your loved ones on Easter and are in good health! We will be closed on Easter Sunday, but will be open on Monday.
Took some pictures of our roses, they are doing really well this year, and a bike we put a basket of flowers in.

Solar Lid Lights
Just off the UPS truck, solar lid lights. Its a jar lid, with a solar light in it(have one sitting out in the sun right now), you put it on your jar, and when its dark, it will light up! You can put all kinds of things in the jar, childrens pictures, collections, or whatever your heart desires! Something new for the gadget lover in us all! And they are weatherproof, so you can use them on your porch or where ever! I just took this one, put rosehips in it(hey, all I could think of) and there it was, all lit up!Jen at Just Country!

This is a neat pouch Dee made from an old feed sack.

We had a great turnout, and the weather was perfect! Think it was like 71 degrees.....ahh....Nothin could be finer than to be in Carolina.....

Seems Like Spring, huh?
How are you liking this weather this week, its been hard for me to stay in the shop, was out working around outside yesterday and missed 3 phone calls, if you call and its during regular hours and I don't answer, I am there, I am outside playing.
Spring Open House is now just 2 weeks away, don't forget we will be closed on Friday the 4th.
Hoping for a pretty day on that day, not too hot, not too cold, just like today!

Jelly Cupboard/Pie Safe?
We just got this jelly cupboard/pie safe in, it looks like a jelly cupboard, but it has punched tin sides, so, not sure which it is? Its a nice piece though.
