Customer Appreciation was Great!
We had a great turn out at the Customer Appreciation sale yesterday. We are so pleased that we have people come from near and far. It really makes my heart feel good.
For the drawing, the winners are Lisa Stanley, Whiteville, Danielle Frame, Raeford, and Amy Bradshaw from Stedman.
Herb has made some neat garden trees out of tobacco sticks, we sold out yesterday, so he made a couple more this morning.

Married Cupboard?
SOLD!!!!!Several years ago, while in Pennsylvania, we found a really nice cupboard top, we knew we would eventually find a bottom to go with it, when we were in Ohio in May, we found one. In the antique world when you put two pieces together that weren't originally together, they call it a married piece. Well here they are, I think they go together really well, now all they need is a happy home, so they can spend their lives living happily ever after.

I took this picture yesterday of the butterflies on the coneflowers, my sister said it didn't look real, looked like a painting? Not sure if that was a compliment or not? But it is a sight to behold, huh?

My Heart Aches
My good friend Brunie, (Saltbox Farm), her shop burned last night, its a total loss. No one worked any harder than she did at her business, its so sad to see it all gone and now a rubble.
